Export and receipts
Any conversation can leave the app as a file you hand to someone - with contents you chose, and optionally a signature anyone can verify.
Exporting
Memory page → open a conversation → Export. The dialog states exactly what's always included:
- the full conversation with timestamps,
- per-entry verification hashes and the AI's identity,
- grounded sources with document hashes,
- web sources and attachment hashes.
Three things are opt-in, each with its own toggle: the system prompt, full attachment contents, and the AI's reasoning. Nothing is in the file that the dialog didn't tell you about.
Signing - the receipt
With your Flowsta Vault running and unlocked (see Backups and recovery), choose Sign with your Flowsta identity. The first time, the Vault asks you to approve the app's link to it - a one-time step, right in the flow. The export's hash is published to Flowsta's tamper-proof network - the file itself stays with you. Signing uses one signature from your plan's quota.
Anyone who receives the file can verify it at flowsta.com - same bytes, same signer, same time - without trusting you, or us. Verification is free and needs no Flowsta identity.
When receipts matter
Compliance reviews, editorial standards, disputes, client questions about what the AI did in a project - or simply showing your work when AI helped produce it.
