Project notes

Each project keeps notes all your AIs share - conventions, decisions, context. They belong to the project, not to an AI: open the same folder with a different AI and it starts with the same notes.

How notes are made

• As they work. A working AI can save a note the moment it learns something durable - a command that works, a key file, a convention. You approve each one.
• When you finish. A session distills its takeaways into the notes, updating in place rather than piling up, and dropping anything proven wrong.
• By you. The Remember button in a project saves to the project; and every line can be edited or removed from the project menu or the Memory page.

Where they live

Project notes are recorded in your records like everything else - each revision is kept, so the history of how a project's notes evolved is auditable. The current notes are kept ready (and in an encrypted copy on disk for the next start); a new note updates them in place rather than rewriting them, so reading a project's notes never holds up the agent's turn. They ride your Vault backup with the rest of your memory.
